StaticCredentials

Wraps a custodian-issued Client API Key as a PortalCredentials.

Every Portal(apiKey = …) integration runs through this, so the credential abstraction is invisible to callers that have not adopted it.

The raw Client API Key. Public so staticApiKeyOf can bridge the subsystems that still expose a synchronous key on their own public surface.

Returns the bearer token to send with the next request.

No-op: a Client API Key is custodian-owned and holds no local state to drop.
