Constructs a Bitcoin P2WPKH transaction as a Partially Signed Bitcoin Transaction (PSBT).

Return

A Result containing the rawTxHex (the PSBT) and the signatureHashes to sign.

Parameters

chainId

The CAIP-2 chain identifier for the Bitcoin network, must start with "bip122:".

params

The transaction parameters. token must be "NATIVE"; only native BTC transfers apply to Bitcoin P2WPKH.

traceId

Optional trace ID for request correlation. Forwarded as the X-Portal-Trace-Id header. When null, a new UUID is generated for this request. Pass a shared value to correlate the build, sign and broadcast steps of a single send.
